Spiritual warfare without the drama
I believe the enemy is real. Some teaching just freaks people out. What's a sober approach that actually helps?

Brother, struggle after sin doesn't automatically mean you were never saved. Assurance sits on what Jesus finished, not how warm you feel this week. Confess quickly (1 John 1:9), stay around people who open the Word, and talk to a mature believer you trust. Doubts are loud; they're not always true.

Busy seasons happen. Still, don't let "busy" become the whole story. Even ten honest minutes with a Psalm beats pretending. Tell one friend to check on you. Scarcity faithfulness still counts.
