Church rarely opens the Bible
Energy is high. Scripture is light. I've mentioned it politely. At what point do you look elsewhere?

Before / how I met Jesus / what's changing. Keep it under a few minutes. Centre Him, not the drama of your past. Practice once with a friend.

Treat rest as obedience when you can: a weekly stop, notifications off where possible, gather with God's people. Sabbath is trust that God runs the world while you sleep.

If leaders won't open the Word after patient appeal, it may be time to find a church where Scripture is central. Leave sober. Don't torch the place on the way out.
