Forgiving when they never said sorry
Relative hurt me badly years ago. Still acts normal. I know we're supposed to forgive... I just don't know how without pretending nothing happened.

Church hurt heals slow. Name what happened without exaggeration. Find a safer gathering (even another church). Don't baptise bitterness and call it discernment. Jesus stayed faithful when people failed you.

I have to correct when I'm calm. Pray a sentence first. Clear consequence, then reconnect. Yelling trains fear. Eph 6:4 isn't optional for me; it's a mirror.
