Tell a mature believer. Cut access to the sin. Accept accountability. Rebuild habits slowly. Grace restores. Secrecy rebuilds the trap. Psalm 51; 2 Corinthians 7:10 — godly grief produces repentance.

Don't livestream repentance. Matthew 18 and pastoral wisdom beat public spectacle.
If others were harmed, confession to them and making amends matters (Luke 19:8 energy). Cheap grace skips people.
Scripture + counselling if patterns are deep (porn, affairs, fraud). James 5:16.
Remember Peter. Failure wasn't the end; self-reliance was the danger. John 21 — restored to feed sheep.
Remove apps, change routes, rearrange evenings — practical rails. Romans 13:14 — make no provision for the flesh.
Expect trust to rebuild slowly. You don't get to demand instant restoration of roles.
