I show up every week. Never signed anything. Is membership biblical or just church admin culture?

Short version: justification = God declaring you righteous in Christ (once). Sanctification = the Spirit making you look more like Him over time. Court verdict vs family resemblance. Both matter; they aren't the same thing.

One chapter. Two questions: What does this show about God? What's one small obedient step? I write two sentences and stop. Boring consistency beat my dramatic plans.

Calling is mostly faithful presence, not a secret code. Love God, love people, grow gifts, serve the church, walk through open doors with counsel. Your job is one arena, not your whole identity.

When it's dry I borrow words. Psalms. Lord's Prayer. Sometimes I just say "help" and sit there. God isn't grading eloquence. Showing up still matters (Luke 18).
