Repentance after you are already saved
Used to think repentance was a conversion word. How do you repent daily without living under shame all the time?

I have to correct when I'm calm. Pray a sentence first. Clear consequence, then reconnect. Yelling trains fear. Eph 6:4 isn't optional for me; it's a mirror.

Church hurt heals slow. Name what happened without exaggeration. Find a safer gathering (even another church). Don't baptise bitterness and call it discernment. Jesus stayed faithful when people failed you.

I treat the OT as one story aiming at Christ: promise, presence, sacrifice, kingship, exile, hope. Genesis, Exodus, Psalms, Isaiah were my on-ramps. Study Bible notes helped for maps and names.
