Not trying to be the holiness police. Genuinely wondering how you decide what to watch or skip. What questions do you ask yourself?

Psalm 34, 42, 61, John 11 have carried me through waves. Let people sit with you. You don't owe anyone a "strong" performance.

Give the group a shape: Scripture, sharing, prayer. Someone facilitates and watches the clock. Leave room for silence. Warmth needs a spine.
