Waste time, get irritable, scroll more. Thinking of a fast. How did you change habits without becoming proud about it?

Forgiveness isn't rewriting history or giving unsafe people free access again. You can release the debt to God, refuse revenge, pray for them, and still keep distance. Ephesians 4:32 is fuel, not theatre.

Short version: justification = God declaring you righteous in Christ (once). Sanctification = the Spirit making you look more like Him over time. Court verdict vs family resemblance. Both matter; they aren't the same thing.

When it's dry I borrow words. Psalms. Lord's Prayer. Sometimes I just say "help" and sit there. God isn't grading eloquence. Showing up still matters (Luke 18).
