I care about justice. Political talk still splits people. How do you engage without making a party your real religion?

Look at Jesus. Responsibility without domination. Courage with tenderness. Strength that protects the vulnerable. Swagger isn't holiness.

Start small: one meal, clear purpose, water. Health issues? Ask a doctor. Fasting focuses desire on God (Matt 6), not Instagram spirituality.
