Conviction is usually specific and hopeful — it pulls you toward Christ. Condemnation is vague, crushing, isolating — sounds like the accuser. Take both to the cross and to trusted counsel. John 16:8; Romans 8:1; Revelation 12:10.

Pray Psalm 139:23-24 — search me — then obey the specific thing shown.

If you hide from church for weeks after every failure, that's not humility; it's accusation winning.

Ask: Does this voice make me want to confess and obey, or disappear forever? Direction reveals source.

Condemnation says 'you are the sin.' Conviction says 'you did sin — come clean.'

Memorise Romans 8:1 for the crush hours. Speak it aloud.

A brother/sister who knows the gospel can help you sort the voices. Isolation lies louder.
