If leaders won't open the Word after patient appeal, it may be time to find a church where Scripture is central. Leave sober. Don't torch the place on the way out. 2 Timothy 4:2-3; Acts 17:11 — noble Bereans examined the Scriptures.
Look for churches that read, explain, and apply the text — not only vibe.
When you leave, bless what was good. Bitterness isn't a doctrine of Scripture.
Bring others' hunger to prayer; you may not be alone.
Give a clear, humble ask with examples. Sometimes leaders don't know how hungry people are.
Check your motives: are you bored with application, or truly starved of Scripture?
A season of staying while you transition carefully can be wiser than rage-quitting overnight.
