Years of praying. Some days I feel stupid for hoping. How do you keep going without going numb?

Thanks for asking this out loud. I've been where the doubts spike after failure. The Spirit convicts toward Jesus; the enemy shames toward hiding. Stay in the light with someone safe.

Short answer from a dad who fails weekly: pause, pray, then speak. If I'm already hot, I walk to another room first. Kids need correction and reconnection, not my unfiltered anger.
