Rent and food eat almost everything. Still want to give something. Also scared of debt. Practical + faith please.

Track spending a month. Give something first even if small. Avoid new debt. Pray before impulse buys. Faithfulness in little is worship. Luke 16:10; Mark 12:41-44 — the widow's amount was small and precious. 2 Corinthians 8:12 — if the readiness is there, it is acceptable according to what a person has.

Tell trusted leaders your situation; good churches don't shame the poor.
