Do excellent work. Be kind. Share your story when someone asks. Offer to pray carefully. Pushiness usually comes from fear. Ordinary integrity makes the gospel believable over time.
NT emphasis is cheerful, proportional generosity more than a rigid tax. Some of us still use 10% as a helpful floor. Real question: does money own you, or does Christ?
Calling is mostly faithful presence, not a secret code. Love God, love people, grow gifts, serve the church, walk through open doors with counsel. Your job is one arena, not your whole identity.
