Old Testament loses me
Gospels I get. Leviticus and the prophets? I glaze over. Where did you start so it actually made sense?

If leaders won't open the Word after patient appeal, it may be time to find a church where Scripture is central. Leave sober. Don't torch the place on the way out.

Treat rest as obedience when you can: a weekly stop, notifications off where possible, gather with God's people. Sabbath is trust that God runs the world while you sleep.
