Food is good. We eat to be healthy but there's a thin line between eating healthy and gluttony. Eating too much can have underlying roots of depression, anger, not being satisfied with life, and comparison with others.

The Bible has warned on several occasions that a man who overeats will tend to poverty. There is more to life than eating. Some people have eaten all the money they could have used to get trained in order to get promoted.

We need to kill the desire to stuff our faces with food and instead focus on the things that matter.

God is asking for our hearts.

Proverbs 23 verse 26 says, “My son, give me your heart and let your eyes delight in my ways.”

Won't you rather focus on him and let him deal with all your issues?

Seek Him and let your heart pant after him like the deer pants after the water brooks.

Then watch how He recreates you.

Remember, you are the clay and he is the potter.

Stay Blessed.

I'm rooting for you.
