I believe it's Praying and Fasting.
When you say Prayer and Fast, it sounds like one has to come before the other which shouldn't be. They're both meant to work together.

In Christianity, both praying and fasting and fasting and praying are often used interchangeably. The order is often fasting and prayer, you'll hear 21, 40, 100 days fasting and prayer, JESUS FASTED FOR 40 DAYS. So it is FASTING AND PRAYER.
