    ‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭4:8‬ ‭KJV‬‬

For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

    ‭‭3 John‬ ‭1:2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

Coming to the subject of our health as believers, it is God’s will that we are in good health. Jesus made provision for that when he died on the cross, carrying our burdens and infirmities.

    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭53:5‬ ‭NLT‬‬

[5] But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed.

It is therefore our right to have good health. We must lay claim of it by faith.

Moreover, we have a part to play. We cannot live anyhow we want to by eating crappy food and except to be healthy while we pray to have good health and lay claim of healing by faith.

There are basic principles to having a good health and they include: eating balance diet; including fruits and vegetables into your meals that contains natural essential vitamins to support your body and prevent diseases.

It is also important to exercise. Exercise helps to strengthen your body, and maintain a healthy body weight.

Drink water. Water is crucially important for the human body. Drinking water helps flush out waste products from your body, lubricate your joints and keep your body overall healthy.

Get outside. Get fresh air into your lungs, enjoy sunlight.

Rest. We all have to go through stress but we must prioritize rest. Rest helps us to reset and refuel. It is essential else we will burnout.

These are a few essential tips on maintaining a good health. We must be careful as believers to keep up with these tips as we believe the Lord to keep us in perfect health.
